World Insurance Associates seeks a Senior Client Manager to be the primary service contact for select commercial clients. You will drive client satisfaction and strategic planning, representing client needs within the organization to ensure quality.

responsibilities include evaluating exposures, obtaining quotes, analyzing risk, managing renewals, and maintaining accurate client and policy data in EPIC while collaborating to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial Property & Casualty
• State Property & Casualty license required
• Proficient in Excel/Word and MS Office tools

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates exposures, obtains quotes, reviews and finalizes quotes
• Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies knowledge to make recommendations
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance
• Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members
