World Insurance Associates is seeking a Senior Client Manager to serve as the primary service contact for a select book of commercial clients, ensuring satisfaction and strategic planning. The role demands leadership in client service and representing client needs within the organization.

• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
• Able to understand new technology platforms quickly.
• Proficient in agency management systems (EPIC) and carrier sites.
• Hands-on personal approach to customer service.
• Maintains effective relationships with clients, co-workers, and colleagues.
• Viewed as a team player and cooperative.
• Understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms.
• Strong knowledge of client requirements, competitive market, and industry trends.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Obtains information from client, analyzes risk, and applies technical knowledge to make recommendations.
• Determines Markets within Core Carrier Strategy.
• Creates carrier submissions and submits for strategy meetings with Client Advisor.
• Obtains signed binding and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Sets up and maintains accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Processes renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
• Attaches, organizes, and names documents in EPIC.
• Uses templates and system letters to produce standard client communications (BOR, renewal letters, proposals).
• Creates activities in EPIC and assigns to team members.
• May be responsible for ordering loss runs, generating proofs and endorsements, and audit reviews.
