Relation Insurance Services in Irvine, CA is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships, provide strategic advice on coverage and risk, and ensure insurance programs align with long-term growth goals. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, guide renewals, tailor insurance plans, prepare proposals and risk analyses, and coordinate with carriers to bind coverage.

A Property and Casualty license is required; a four-year degree is preferred, and at least five years in

• Property and Casualty license required.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in the insurance industry (commercial lines).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance on coverage changes and contractual requirements, and educating clients on policy exclusions and exposures.
• Partners in the strategic development of insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Acts as field underwriter and authorized representative of carriers to assess and bind coverage as appropriate.
• Strategically manages renewals and remarketing to maintain high account retention.
• Prepares client proposals, submissions, loss evaluations, and risk analyses with timely quotations and policies.
• Assists clients in submitting first reports of claims and coordinates with adjusters and carriers for prompt settlements.
