Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Denver is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines professional to manage 20–30 large and complex accounts as the day-to-day client contact. You will lead marketing for renewals, respond to client questions, and guide Account Representatives and Sales Executives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in a Commercial Lines agency, a Property & Casualty license, and designations such as ARM, CIC, or CPCU.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines agency.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 large/complex Commercial Lines accounts as day-to-day contact.
• Market renewals and assist with carrier selection and pricing.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and Account Managers.
• Negotiate with carriers and provide coverage recommendations.
• Process policies, endorsements and audits with accuracy.
• Maintain client relationships and support cross-selling initiatives.
