HUB International in Dallas is seeking an Account Executive to lead service, recommendations, and implementation for a book of insurance business. You will independently apply judgment to set renewal strategies and negotiate terms with carriers, while building strong client relationships.

You will mentor Account Managers, drive new business from existing accounts, and ensure data accuracy across HUB systems, with a focus on client retention and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a Commercial Sr. Account Management/Account Executive role.
• Experience managing large, national real estate accounts.
• Experience with loss-sensitive accounts and shared/layered programs.
• Excellent oral and written English communications.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manages an assigned book of business with high-revenue accounts.
• Negotiates terms and pricing with insurance carriers.
• Leads client meetings including renewals.
• Mentors Account Managers and Account Representatives.
• Documents conversations and updates HUB systems.
