Job summary

HUB International is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive in the Florida region to manage client relationships and drive renewals and growth. You will coordinate service with producers, underwriters, and carriers, ensuring coverage aligns with client objectives.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a client-centric approach, with travel up to 50% for meetings and reviews. HUB supports professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of applicable insurance/agency experience
• Experience with influencing C-level executives
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong leadership and team-building skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses/designeations desirable

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewal of the book of business
• Analyzes clients’ insurance objectives and recommends suitable HUB solutions
• Coordinates client meetings with producers and risk/control staff
• Identifies cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to grow the book of business
• Oversees service delivery throughout the policy cycle and prepares stewardship reports
• May travel 25–50% for client meetings
