• 3+ years of insurance customer service experience.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing; CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day activities of Team Support/Receptionist and Account Assistants.
• Track policy expirations and renewals.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, and billing tasks.
• Support new and renewal business with submissions, proposals, and binders.
• Review contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and pursue collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
