Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to support the account team and producers with administrative and client service functions. The role emphasizes policy management, renewals, endorsements, and effective collaboration to meet service standards.

You will maintain data accuracy in agency systems, assist with submissions, and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment. Remote work is available within specified time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related paperwork.
• Conduct client research, gather underwriting information, prepare submissions, and present proposals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status and issues to the account team.
• Deliver excellent service and proactively respond to requests.
