You will work under supervision of an Account Manager and handle policy activity, renewals, endorsements, and document preparation to ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service within insurance, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in insurance or related industry.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed accurately.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, and invoicing.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
