MidFirst Business Credit, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial lender in Las Vegas to develop and expand client relationships, originate and underwrite profitable commercial loans in the $1MM to $50MM range, and secure deposits.

The role emphasizes proactive portfolio management and selling full commercial banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of commercial lending experience; a Bachelor degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of commercial lending experience.
• Bachelor degree preferred but not required.
• Proven relationship building, prospecting, loan structuring, underwriting, negotiation, client management and client retention skills.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial products and services.
• Extensive knowledge of commercial lending laws, regulations and practices.
• Experience with treasury management products strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial statements.
• Strong connections in the Las Vegas market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand client relationships in the Las Vegas market.
• Originate, underwrite and close profitable commercial loans in the $1MM to $50MM range.
• Acquire deposits and provide full commercial banking solutions to clients.
• Proactively manage client portfolios with exceptional service.
