Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field, or equivalent commercial lending knowledge.
• Minimum of 10 years successful commercial lending experience preferred.
• Strong grammar, punctuation, and proofreading abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and office software.

Responsibilities

• Obtain loan applications, counsel applicants, and determine loan structure per bank policies.
• Represent the bank professionally with confidentiality and a positive attitude.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external clients.
• Review credit reports, financial statements, tax returns, and appraisals for completeness.
• Monitor past due loans to ensure compliance with bank policies.
• Develop profitable relationships with new and existing customers.
• Expand the bank's market share and support community growth.
• Participate in training and community service initiatives.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to policies and regulations.
