FirstBank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager Associate to support Commercial Real Estate and Retail Banking teams. You will prepare documentation for deposits and loans, monitor files for completeness, and identify cross-sell opportunities across bank partners while delivering exceptional client service.

With 3+ years in banking, you will anticipate needs, address inquiries, and assist RMs with meetings and loan packets, contributing to the FirstBank service standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum three years of banking experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Real Estate and Retail Banking teams; anticipate needs and resolve issues.
• Prepare and review account documentation for high-volume deposits and loans.
• Review loan files for completeness and collateral security.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities across bank partners.
• Provide distinctive FirstBank service to clients and assist with special projects.
