Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or related field preferred.
• Formally credit trained and/or underwriting knowledge and experience preferred.
• Typically, seven years of direct lending or credit support experience with focus on business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients and obtain quality new business through calls, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Obtain and maintain COIs and attend networking events in the assigned area.
• Demonstrate skills in loan structuring and credit analysis.
• Generate a wide variety of commercial and real estate loans.
• Close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
• Contribute to deposit growth by cross-selling banking products.
