Job summary

Prosperity Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to grow and retain profitable commercial banking relationships in Midland, TX. You will deliver value-added lending and deposit solutions, manage credit processes, and cross-sell across the bank’s products to maximize revenue over the life of the relationship.

Responsibilities include soliciting new business, maintaining COIs, structuring loans, and closing commercial and real estate loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred.
• Typically, a minimum of 4 years direct lending or credit support experience focusing on business relationships.
• Knowledge of sales, loan processing and closing processes.
• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking products including C&I and CRE loans.

Responsibilities

• Solicit commercial clients; seek and obtain new business through calls, referrals, and cross selling.
• Obtain/maintain COIs and attend networking events in the geographic area.
• Require skills in loan structuring and credit analysis.
• Generate a wide variety of commercial and real estate loans.
• Close loans typically in the $1M–$10M range.
• Contribute to deposit growth by cross selling and promoting additional banking products.
• Other duties as assigned.
