Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of commercial managers, application specialists, and subject matter experts focused on understanding customer challenges and developing commercial solutions that accelerate adoption of electrification portfolio.
• Develop and execute commercialization and go-to-market strategies for emerging electrification technologies, including DET.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders to support strategic account growth and technology adoption.
• Lead customer engagements, workshops, and business case development focused on productivity, total cost of ownership, decarbonization, and operational performance.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions by quantifying operational, economic, and sustainability benefits and communicating TCO and value realization outcomes.
• Support pilot deployments, early adopter programs, and commercialization governance to ensure successful scale-up of electrification solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer adoption, and deployment results to influence future product, service, and commercial strategy.
• Foster a high-performing culture centered on customer focus, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and business growth.
