Caterpillar is seeking a Regional Manager - Customer Value Enablement to lead a regional team focused on delivering value from mining technology solutions. You will integrate technical implementation with readiness and workforce capability to ensure value realization for customers in the North America region.

You will drive delivery excellence, lead change across multiple workstreams, and partner with engineering, commercial, and operations teams to align capacity and commitments.

Qualifications

• Leadership of large regional teams and leaders across multiple workstreams.
• Experience delivering complex mining technology programs with value realization.
• Change and adoption leadership across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to align technology deployment with customer objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery excellence for a multimillion-dollar project portfolio with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Lead site change ownership across every workstream the technology impacts.
• Partner with engineering, autonomous operations, workforce capability, and commercial teams to align deployment and commitments.
• Lead regional resource planning and workforce deployment; build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Monitor portfolio health and KPIs; identify risks and escalate issues affecting delivery and financial outcomes.
• Provide executive oversight for contract execution, major change orders, and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across regional teams.
• Lead and develop regional implementation, readiness and adoption leaders; focus on succession planning.
• Represent MineStar implementation in enterprise and senior leadership forums with customer engagement.
