Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking an experienced Master Service Technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial kitchen equipment at customer sites across the Tampa Bay area. You will tackle complex service calls and work independently to keep customers’ operations running.

You will read wiring diagrams, coordinate with manufacturers, mentor junior technicians, and maintain service records.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot and identify root causes, not just replace parts.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics accurately.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to travel for on-site service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals for complex failures.
• Work directly with restaurant managers and commercial clients to keep equipment running.
• Maintain service records, write reports, and manage parts inventory.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other technicians when needed.
