Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years hands-on foodservice equipment experience.
• Technical/trade schooling with refrigeration specialty preferred.
• CFESA and universal refrigerant certifications required or will obtain.
• Manufacturer training a plus and valid NM driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced service, repair and installation of commercial kitchen equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on refrigeration and kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate major component replacement and evaluate complex system problems.
• Maintain safety protocols and proper use of parts/tools.
• Assist HVAC technicians on installations and repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals for maintenance and service.
