Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a Master Service Technician to perform advanced service, repair, and installation of commercial kitchen production cooking equipment at the Sandia Resort & Casino. You will conduct on-site troubleshooting, oversee complex system diagnostics, and ensure safety and manufacturer specifications.

The role requires five years of hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment, CFESA and refrigerant certifications, and the ability to read manuals and manage parts

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Accredited technical/trade school with hands-on experience preferred (5 total years).
• CFESA Certification on Commercial Cooking Equipment and Universal Refrigerant Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced service, repair and installation of Commercial Kitchen Production Cooking Equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and tests on kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate component replacement and complex system diagnostics.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper equipment care.
• Maintain records of parts, materials and maintenance activities.
• Assist other maintenance trades when needed.
