Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, one year of technical training, and EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification.
• Minimum 10 years maintaining kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain refrigeration and kitchen equipment and perform repairs.
• Read schematics and perform electrical troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety and health code compliance; keep logs up to date.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef daily on equipment needs.
