Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino seeks a skilled maintenance technician specialized in kitchen appliances and related plumbing/HVAC work. You will install, service, repair, and maintain ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, and water systems while promoting World Class Guest Service.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, following safety standards, and documenting work orders. A NM Journeyman license or equivalent is preferred; weekend/event coverage and a valid NM driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four years paid experience in kitchen appliance service; MM-1 to MM-4 experience acceptable.
• NM Journeyman License or MM98 preferred; substitute options ok.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain major kitchen appliances and related refrigeration systems.
• Read blueprints, NEC/UMC references, and gauges; perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain water and drainage systems; replace fixtures and diagnose malfunctions.
• Complete daily work orders, document time and progress per SOPs; ensure safety.
