Job summary

ITW Food Equipment Group LLC, a leading supplier of commercial food equipment, seeks a Service/Repair Technician 4 for on-site support. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair a range of equipment including HVACR systems, cooks, and refrigeration units at customer sites.

You will lead advanced installations, mentor junior technicians, and ensure on-time service delivery while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of food equipment service experience and/or 4+ years of HVACR service experience.
• EPA Certification
• Accredited CFESA / NATE / Hobart certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for key customer accounts and on-site issues.
• Lead and train new Service/Repair Technicians as needed.
• Routinely plan, lead, and execute complex technical projects including installations and turnkeys.
• Diagnose and repair software errors and malfunctions in electronic food equipment.
• Install and commission mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, gas, and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and adhere to safety manuals and procedures.
• Maintain and document equipment, tools, and inventory.
• Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
