EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Senior Client Manager/Team Lead for Commercial P&C to lead a client service team serving charter school accounts. You will manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and drive renewal strategy with senior leadership.

The role blends client-facing responsibilities with team mentorship, aiming to elevate service quality, retention, and growth across a defined book of business.

Qualifications

• Experience in mid-size brokerage or independent agency preferred.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills with mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiate terms.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary expert resource for charter school clients on risk management and coverage.
• Analyze client data, compare markets, negotiate premiums and commissions.
• Prepare presentations/proposals and participate in client meetings.
• Supervise Client Manager and Assistant Client Manager.
