Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Executive for the National Accounts team to service and retain an existing commercial book. You will work with the Client Director and Client Specialist, handling daily servicing tasks and delegating to team members to support marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts.

The role requires 3+ years in the commercial insurance industry, strong communication, and a Property & Casualty license; college degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance
• Knowledge of commercial insurance industry, carrier, agency laws, products, coverages and markets
• Review insurance policy documents to identify coverage placements and endorsements
• Interpret key policy language to support client service and risk assessment
• Knowledge of insurance company working relationships, binding authority, procedures and underwriting guidelines
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
• Ability to proactively manage book of business and develop client relationships
• Ability to evaluate client needs and negotiate with underwriters
• Be a self-starter; strong time management and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty license required
