Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Senior Client Executive to join our Northeast Construction Practice. This senior client-facing role manages complex Property & Casualty programs for large construction clients across the Metro New York market and broader Northeast region.

The ideal candidate has deep construction risk knowledge, strong relationships in NYC, Long Island and NJ, and can drive client retention and growth while mentoring teammates and leading

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and construction industry risks.
• Experience working with general contractors, construction managers, specialty contractors, infrastructure contractors, developers and project owners.
• Strong understanding of liability, workers' compensation, commercial auto and related coverages.
• Significant experience with contracts, risk transfer and insurance specifications.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Producers and Practice Leaders to support new business development and client retention.
• Serve as lead client advisor and relationship manager for complex construction accounts.
• Develop and implement insurance and risk management strategies aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Review policies, contracts, and endorsements for coverage and risk transfer.
• Mentor and support team members with technical guidance and collaboration.
