• Client Service & Account Administration: respond to service requests; process changes; assist with questions.
• Renewal & Retention Management: manage expirations; prepare renewal submissions; support marketing and retention.
• Operational Excellence: maintain systems and documentation; ensure timely task completion; follow policies.
• Financial Management: assist with AR monitoring and collections; resolve billing issues.
• Professional Development: maintain insurance knowledge; support process improvements and client service excellence.
