Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
• Maintain technical insurance knowledge and participate in continuous improvement.
