The role covers policy administration, endorsements, billing, and claims support, with a focus on construction and contractors. The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of commercial insurance experience, an active P&C license, and strong knowledge of brokerage operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
• Active insurance license is required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Renewal and retention management including renewal submissions and marketing support.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
