Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our Account Management team in facilitating day-to-day client service for a diverse book of business.

The role emphasizes responding to client requests, processing policy changes, renewals, and ensuring accurate documentation, with opportunities across Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Senior Account Executive levels based on experience and licensing.

Formación

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CIC or equivalent designation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client service requests and inquiries.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, billing requests, and claims support.
• Conduct coverage analysis and assist clients with policy-related questions.
• Maintain positive client relationships through responsive service.
• Manage policy expirations and renewal timelines.
• Gather underwriting information and prepare renewal submissions.
• Support renewal marketing efforts and proposal development.
• Assist with account retention initiatives.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure account documentation is accurate and complete.
• Monitor activity and suspense systems to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with accounts receivable monitoring and collection efforts.
• Resolve billing and payment issues as needed.
• Maintain technical insurance knowledge and industry awareness.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate company values and a commitment to client service excellence.
