Qualifications

• Resident P&C Producer License required.
• 5–10 years of experience in Account Management in insurance.
• 5–10 years of experience in an Account Management role (explicit).
• Contract and Lease Review experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication; client and carrier liaison.
• Proficient with Applied Systems Epic.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of mid-to-large Commercial Lines accounts as primary client contact.
• Market new business and renewals with producers; document procedures.
• Understand clients' objectives; review insurance plans for suitability.
• Service client accounts; obtain information for renewals; prepare applications and proposals.
• Update management systems with client conversations and interactions.
• Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to resolve service issues.
• Maintain policy details and files; identify cross-selling opportunities.
