Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate - Commercial Lines to provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and assigned group of accounts.

The role includes renewals, policy endorsements, client research, submissions, and maintaining data integrity across carrier/vendor platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing, CISR preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily activities of the account team and reception/administrative staff.
• Track policy expirations and ensure renewals are processed on time.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Assist with submissions, proposals, binders, and policy issuance of client accounts.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
