Modigent is seeking a Service Technician III to independently handle complex commercial HVAC service calls, perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and system startups across a wide range of equipment. You will lead service efforts, mentor junior technicians, and ensure energy efficiency and customer satisfaction nationwide.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA/EPA compliance, and ongoing training within a people-first culture. Frequent regional travel and on-call rotations may be required.

Competenze

• 5+ years hands-on commercial HVAC service/maintenance experience.
• Journeyman-level proficiency in diagnosing and resolving advanced system issues independently.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; NATE/OSHA credentials a plus.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex commercial HVAC systems.
• Lead full service calls from dispatch to completion; communicate findings to customers.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote safety and quality standards.
