FirstCall Mechanical Group LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills. EPA Certification is required to join our fast-growing team, which serves large facilities across diverse industries.

The role demands diagnostics, maintenance, and installation work on commercial HVAC systems, including 15-ton+ units, with on-call flexibility and commitment to elite customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred.
• Manufacturer Certification is a plus.
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems in commercial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on systems as specified.
• Install new units or replace parts according to 15 tons+ specs.
• Maintain PM contracts with multiple units.
• Service and troubleshoot mini-splits/RTUs under 15 tons.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to complete scheduled jobs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers.
