Qualifications

• Active EPA Certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Manufacturer Certification is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems and failures in air-cooled and water-cooled HVAC systems, identifying repairs or replacements.
• Operate and diagnose internal equipment controls and building automation systems.
• Perform maintenance and service repairs, install new units, or replace components as required.
• Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered.
• Maintain service relationships with clients at large and small facilities.
• Service and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, and air handling equipment.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Work within allotted time requirements.
• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and procedures for customers.
