FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our Houston team. The role involves diagnosing, servicing, and installing HVAC systems for commercial/industrial clients, with emphasis on customer service and adherence to maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• Active EPA Certification.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• Manufacturer Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of problems in air-cooled and water-cooled HVAC systems and determine repair or replacement needs.
• Operate and diagnose building controls and automation systems.
• Perform maintenance, service repairs, install new units, or replace components as required.
• Provide elite customer service to every customer encountered.
• Maintain service relationships with clients of various sizes.
• Service and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, and air handling equipment.
• Communicate with Dispatch to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Work within allotted time requirements and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
