Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Laurel, MD. You will service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair large commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and related equipment, in mission-critical facilities.

The candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with 5+ years of journey-level experience, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of journey-level commercial HVAC experience.
• Commercial HVAC service, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Chiller and boiler experience.
• Refrigeration and refrigerant recovery experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Technician for a full-time opportunity supporting complex Commercial and Mission Critical facilities in the Maryland/DC Metro area.

This is a hands-on role focused on the Service, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair of large Commercial HVAC Systems, including Chillers, Boilers, Refrigeration, Air Handling Equipment, and Controls.

Must Have:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• 5+ years of Journey-level Commercial HVAC experience
• Commercial HVAC Service, Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting
• Chiller and Boiler experience
• Refrigeration and refrigerant recovery experience
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read Blueprints and Wiring Diagrams

Nice To Have:

• Completed HVAC Apprenticeship
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• Large-Tonnage Chiller experience
• BAS/HVAC Controls experience
• Trane, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls experience
• Mission Critical, Federal, Data Center, or secure-facility experience
