Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Commercial HVAC Technician for a full-time, on-site role in Laurel, MD. You will service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair large commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and related equipment, in mission-critical facilities.

The candidate must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with 5+ years of journey-level experience, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years of journey-level commercial HVAC experience.
• Commercial HVAC service, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
• Chiller and boiler experience.
• Refrigeration and refrigerant recovery experience.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
