CA CI is seeking a Master HVAC Technician to support critical HVAC systems at Fort Meade. The role involves inspections, maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance of complex HVAC equipment in secure facilities.

You will work with engineering teams to review plans, install and maintain air handling and cooling systems, and provide incident responses for critical environmental controls. US citizenship and TS/SCI eligibility are required, with adaptability for deployments as needed.

Qualifications

• College/HS diploma and licensure as Master HVAC or equivalent with extensive experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or Universal certification.
• 4 years’ experience with HVAC control and monitoring systems.
• US citizen eligible for final Top Secret clearance.

Responsabilités

• Track performance of routine and preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC availability.
• Respond to service calls and inspections and document reports in CMMS.
• Diagnose causes of problems and determine replacement needs for HVAC systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain large commercial/industrial HVAC systems and components.
• Perform recurring work on exhaust fans, boilers, air handlers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Review plans/specifications to determine equipment size, location, and installation approach.
• Provide advanced technical support for security-sensitive SCIF environments and environmental controls.
