Comfort Systems USA – Ohio in Cincinnati seeks an experienced Senior Account Executive for Commercial HVAC Service to manage, retain, and grow an established portfolio. You will build trusted relationships with building owners, facility managers, and decision-makers, developing solutions and leading proposals for service agreements, preventive maintenance, repairs, and retrofits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial HVAC service sales or related field.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
• Ability to discuss HVAC systems, preventive maintenance, repairs, and retrofits.

Responsabilités

• Manage, retain, and grow an established portfolio of commercial/industrial HVAC customers.
• Build trusted relationships with building owners, facility managers, and other decision-makers.
• Develop understanding of customer facilities, budgets, and long-term needs.
• Conduct meetings, facility visits, and strategic reviews.
• Identify opportunities for service agreements, maintenance, replacements, and retrofits.
• Develop proposals communicating technical and financial value.
• Partner with service teams to deliver effective solutions.
