Comfort Systems USA Ohio seeks an experienced Project Sales Engineer to lead mechanical construction opportunities in the Cincinnati area. You will own the sales cycle from development through proposal, negotiations, and award while coordinating estimating, technical, and vendor resources.

In this role, you will translate customer needs into practical mechanical solutions, balance cost and performance, and maintain a robust pipeline with trusted contractors and owners.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HVAC/mechanical construction sales or related experience.
• Proven ability to develop and sell mechanical construction solutions to industrial/commercial clients.
• Experience collaborating with general contractors and navigating opportunities from pursuit to award.
• Ability to estimate commercial and industrial HVAC projects independently.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, specs, and construction documents.
• Solid commercial and financial judgment for evaluating opportunities.

• Transition awarded work to Construction leadership and project teams.
