Comfort Systems USA – Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive – Commercial HVAC Service to join our Cincinnati Service team. This role focuses on managing and growing an established portfolio of commercial and industrial customers, building trusted relationships, and delivering practical HVAC solutions.

You will work with service managers, estimators, and project teams to develop proposals, renew service agreements, and grow accounts through long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service sales and related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage and grow commercial accounts.
• Pricing awareness and durable customer relationships.

Responsabilités

• Manage, retain, and grow an established portfolio of commercial and industrial HVAC customers.
• Build trusted relationships with building owners, facility managers, operations leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Develop understanding of facilities, HVAC systems, budgets, and long-term needs.
• Conduct customer meetings, facility visits, and strategic account reviews.
• Identify opportunities for HVAC service agreements, preventive maintenance, repairs, replacements, retrofits, and mechanical projects.
• Develop proposals and recommendations that communicate technical and financial value.
• Manage service agreement renewals and address retention concerns.
• Partner with service managers and project teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Develop new business through existing relationships and referrals.
