Job summary

Trane Technologies plc is seeking a Field Service Technician to maintain and install HVAC systems on customer sites across a defined market. You will commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up equipment, working with facility teams and OEMs to ensure reliability and safety standards are met.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in HVAC, EPA certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC experience required.
• EPA Certification.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements.
• Direct customer contact on projects, ensuring satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing equipment.
• Use diagnostic software and hand tools following blueprints/engineer specs.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
• Maintain safety standards and asset security.
