Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a field service technician to commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems at commercial sites. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure systems operate to specification and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5+ years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license for at least 12 months with clean driving record in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team leader and customer to define on-site installation and repairs.
• Serve as direct customer contact, diagnose and repair equipment on site.
• Use software and hand-tools to diagnose and repair units per blueprints.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
• Maintain safety and asset security; document use and wear.
