Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of title industry experience focused on funding, disbursement, recording, or Post-Closing.
• Significant commercial transaction experience, including traditional financing, second-position loans, and mezzanine debt.
• Working knowledge of e-recording, title commitments, and final policy issuance.
• Strong understanding of wire fraud risks and wire verification best practices.

Aufgaben

• Fund files: confirm funds, balance settlement statements, resolve discrepancies before disbursement.
• Create, review, and approve wire templates and outgoing wires under dual-control procedures.
• Process disbursements and follow up on checks, returned wires, and held funds until balance is reached.
• Review closing packages, set up documents for e-recording, coordinate with underwriters and attorneys/agents.
• Track recordings and payoff releases post-closing; handle rejections and resubmissions.
• Coordinate issuance and delivery of final policies; audit files before close-out.
