HomeBridge Wholesale is seeking a Post Closer/Funding Assistant to support post-funding QC, audit findings, and funding exceptions. You will work closely with Operations, Accounting, Compliance, and Post Closing to ensure accurate, timely loan assignments and adherence to policy.

Responsibilities include reviewing closing documents, resolving discrepancies, updating the loan origination system, and coordinating with borrowers, brokers, and title agents to clear items while maintaining service

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years mortgage industry experience.
• 1-2 years processing or account management experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication skills across audiences.

Aufgaben

• Post-Funding Quality Control and Exception Resolution: Document funding decisions, exceptions, corrections, and escalations in accordance with department procedures.
• Funding Document Review and Validation: Review closing documents for completeness, signatures, dates, and notarizations; resolve discrepancies before funds are released.
• Operational Performance and Process Improvement: Maintain productivity and quality while managing multiple loans; support process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with borrowers, brokers, and title agents to obtain corrections and clear outstanding items.
