Qualifications

• Must have fiduciary funds experience in a title/settlement setting.
• Strong knowledge of real estate settlement statements and prorations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies quickly.
• Effective communication with escrow officers to resolve issues.
• Familiarity with wiring and disbursement processes.
• Ability to balance files and ensure documents are recorded.

Responsibilities

• Monitor closing files and status for day-to-day awareness.
• Oversee signing, balancing, and funding authorization processes.
• Perform post-closing QA to confirm payees and ledger matches settlement.
• Verify wiring instructions and push wire data to banking system.
• Print checks or deliver funds to appropriate parties.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
