Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee properties totaling 500k sq ft or more.
• Perform energy audits and inspections of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and safety programs.
• Coordinate with contractors and property management on renovations and equipment upgrades.
