WebMD is looking for a Manager, Commercial Excellence to lead a small team of Program Leads and Business Analysts, coordinating with Marketing, Sales and Service leaders to translate business needs into BRDs and system requirements.

You will partner with Salesforce COE to define solutions, own governance, and drive improvements in quoting, contracting, invoicing, and renewals while ensuring HIPAA/compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations or related field.
• 5+ years in Commercial Operations or related roles in healthcare tech.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and CRM/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team to translate goals into system/process requirements.
• Own Salesforce, CPQ, and contract lifecycle enhancements.
• Define governance for sales enablement and pricing approvals.
• Oversee quoting, contracting, invoicing, and renewals.
• Drive adoption and data integrity across systems.
