Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical in Pecos, Texas is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman. This role requires supervising craft workers, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met onsite.

We require 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience with a preferred state license; OSHA 30 or ability to obtain. Visa sponsorship is not available; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years recent commercial electrician experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background & MVR checks required when operating vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders for supervision area.
• Ensures daily/weekly/monthly safety reporting is completed and documented.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to meet specs.
• Enforces safety policies and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Travel may be required.
