Job summary

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a full-time Commercial Electrical Foreman to supervise craft workers, read blueprints, and ensure safety compliance on projects.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years of commercial electrical experience, a state electrical license (preferred), OSHA 30, and the ability to travel. Onsite role with emphasis on quality control and documentation.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of commercial electrician experience.
• State Electrical License strongly preferred.
• OSHA 30 required or ability to obtain.
• Pre-employment background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Confirms completion & documentation of project daily/weekly/monthly safety activities reporting.
• Inspects quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interprets company policies to workers, enforcing safety regulations and proper care for tools and equipment.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel may be required.
